A: We are a BSCI authorized factory, which was founded in 2001 in Shenzhen, Guangdong. We have 7 production lines, 16 machines and 80 employees.

Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Battery shelf life is about 10 months, consuming life time is approx 4-12 hours. Please contact us for specific information of the products you interest.

Q: Can I get samples? When can I receive?
A: We provide samples for client’s reference, sample express cost is on your account.
Random sample time: 3-5 working days
Custom sample time: 7-15 working days

Q: What express you use to ship my order?
A: Small order usually is shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, ARAMEX, Alibaba Parcel ect. We will offer best options to you because we have cooperated with many forwarders. We suggest sea shipment for large quantity order.
